Open the Flo app.

Click on the 1st and 2nd boxes - you have to do this to use the app. But you don't have to click on the 3rd box.

Click on Next.

Click on Yes.

Click on Other.

Scroll to select your year of birth and click next.

You will see options of what all you can do through the app.

Select what all you want the app to help you with and click on Next.

Click on Next.

The app will ask you questions - answering these will give the app more information about you and what you want to achieve.

When you see this screen, click on and hold the red button.

You can use the free version of the app - you will not have to pay anything. However, some features will be unavailable on the free version
