How to consult doctors on HealthNeutron
To consult with doctors on Health Neutron, you first need to add balance to your account.
Click on Top up.
Select the amount you want to add, such as 10 Cedis.
Click on Check Out.
Select a payment option, such as mobile money.
Type in the mobile number and click on Pay.
Click on ‘Confirm’ then type in your mobile money PIN.
Type 1 and click ‘Send’ to approve the transaction, then click OK.
When the transfer is complete, you will receive a notification.
Click on the cross, and then the back arrow to return to the app.
To start an immediate phone consultation, click on ‘Doctor on Call’ and complete the steps to start the call.
You will be connected to an available doctor.
After you complete the call, a consultation fee will be deducted from your app balance.
You can also select doctors based on speciality or availability.
Click on a doctor profile to know more about them, and to book an appointment.
You must pay the consultation fee to complete the booking.
When it's time for your appointment, the doctor will call you.
Make sure you’re ready to answer the call and complete your consultation!
